- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, appointments, and meetings
- Handle emails, correspondence, and phone communications
- Arrange travel bookings, accommodations, and itineraries
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required
- Coordinate internal and external meetings
- Assist in managing confidential information with professionalism
- Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned
