Job Description

We are seeking an energetic and persuasive Telemarketer to generate leads and set appointments through outbound calls. The ideal candidate is confident, target-driven, and comfortable speaking with potential clients over the phone.

• Manage full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
• Make outbound calls to prospective clients using provided leads
• Introduce company products/services and explain key benefits
• Generate qualified leads and set appointments for the sales team
• Follow up with potential clients to maintain engagement
• Maintain accurate call records and update CRM system
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and appointment targets
